Find my art on Behance.net

Even though we are all sticking closer to home during the covid lock-down, this has not stopped me from working. I am still here looking for moments of light play in the environment around me.  I am just turning more to the objects in my own home for inspiration.
I still meet with my artist group each month to share our work, critique, and generally motivate each other to keep moving forward.  Now we do it on zoom instead of rotating thru each other's studios.

Since art openings remain an event of the past, and people are not looking for reasons to get out with friends.   My focus has changed from searching out galleries and art centers to exhibit at, to researching the best internet sites to show my work on.  Early last year I secured a place on Artsy.com through the new york gallery Art up close.  Later I got involved with the website Wescover.com who is gathering together furniture and accessory designers with artists, interior designers, and architects.

More recently, I have set up a Behance page after enjoying poking around on the site to check out my competition, and seeing what other creators are doing with video and sound.  The site also offers classes in photography and video editing if you are looking to learn something new.

Expanding internet presence is one of the ways an artist can continue to move forward with getting their work seen in these trying times of pandemic. Here are the links to some of these places where you can view some of my fine art photography and other handmade goods.
